Originally his office, it was converted into a studio for culinary research and development.

This venue allows us to seat up to 12 guests, so we welcome bookings from 1 to 12 persons. We advise that guests be at least 12 years of age.
As a test kitchen, we are unable to cater to vegan and gluten-free diets. Please pay special attention to this if you have dietary concerns.
We serve a fixed menu, barring minor changes due to seasonal availabilities. This menu features seafood heavily - we regret that we cannot accommodate seafood allergies.
